The CRIMT is an interdisciplinary and interuniversity research centre which focuses on the theoretical and practical challenges of institutional and organizational renewal in the areas of work and employment in the global era. Structured by its Major Collaborative Research Initiatives project, its scientific program seeks to better understand the changes that affect the world of work and to identify the institutional arrangements, capacities, and mechanisms necessary to ensure both organizational efficiency and the well-being of employees.
