Description and Rules

These scholarships are intended for foreign students or researchers from all research sectors (health, humanities and social sciences, arts and letters, natural sciences, and engineering) preselected by a Québec university establishment, a CCTT, the China Scholarship Council, TERI University, the Department of External Relations of Mexico (DER) or the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT) to begin or continue studies or research activities in Québec. There is no privileged research sector.
